How you can care for your glasses
Always use the soft lens cloth provided in your glasses case as other materials can cause scratches. Your local D&A also has sprays and other cleaning products, including ones suitable for lenses with a reflection-free finish. Our staff are always happy to give advice so don't hesitate to pick up the phone or pop in.
Quality guaranteed
We provide an industry leading two-year manufacturing guarantee with every pair of glasses purchased from the 31st of April 2007. So if you find a defect in your glasses we'll repair or replace them for free. If the identical frame is not available then we'll also find a suitable alternative to the same value.
30-day lens guarantee
If, within 30 days of collecting your new glasses, you haven't adjusted to the lenses, we'll provide a suitable alternative and refund any difference in price.
Pop back whenever you want
We want you to carry on getting maximum satisfaction and comfort from your glasses - so feel free to pop in to any D&A branch at any time with them. We'll check that they're still 'roadworthy': inspecting the fit and adjusting them if necessary, and giving them a thorough clean and polish.
