If there's one thing we care about more than anything at D&A, it's the health of your eyes.

From what's involved in an eye test through to answering questions about your eyes and vision, we're firm believers in explaining everything clearly. Our highly trained staff are always available to care for your individual needs.

Whatever your age and however fine your eyes feel, we recommend that you have your vision checked at least once every two years, unless your D&A Optometrist recommends more frequent visits.

We recommend that all children and people aged over 70 have an eye test every year - or more often if recommend by their optometrist.

A regular eye test does a lot more than check whether your eyesight needs correcting. It's also a vital health check that can pick up early signs of eye conditions such as glaucoma, as well as detecting underlying general health problems, including diabetes and high blood pressure.

The D&A eye test is as thorough a test as you'd receive anywhere in the world. Yet it only takes around 25 minutes and is totally painless.
