Renu MPS 240ml CLBP Flat Bottle Update

Due to supply issues beyond our control, in June 2010 we had to replace our Renu solution in your CLBP despatch with an alternative solution, Synergi. At that time the production of the flat bottle, used exclusively in Boots Opticians for CLBP despatches, was affected but shortly after the issue spread to affect the round bottles that we have available for sale in our practices. Consequently, we have not been able to offer supply through this route, despite our message on the postcard we sent in your CLBP box. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

We are still encountering supply issues on the round bottle. We are expecting stock over the next three weeks. The production of the flat bottle version is still not up and running, and we have been advised that we may not be able to receive this until the end of this year

We will ensure that as soon as Renu becomes available again, those of you that have asked to return to your normal Renu delivery, will do so. In the meantime we will continue to supply you with Synergi at no extra charge.

Please do accept our apologies for any inconvenience that has been caused to you as a result of these issues, and that your enjoyment of your contact lenses has not been affected.
